Hi, I'm Mark Giza — owner and head technician with decades of hands-on experience across a wide range of home improvement and renovation services. What started with a passion for transforming spaces has grown into a career built on craftsmanship, versatility, and a commitment to getting the job done right.
As a certified flooring installer, I specialize in both commercial and residential projects, working with a wide range of materials including plank flooring, sheet flooring, carpet, rubber, and VCT commercial tile. No matter the surface, I bring the same level of care and precision to every install.
With 7 years of professional painting experience, I handle both interior and exterior projects, helping homeowners and businesses refresh and revitalize their spaces with a clean, lasting finish.
I also provide full installation services for cupboards and countertops, windows, and doors — bringing the same attention to detail whether I'm finishing a kitchen remodel or fitting a new entryway.
My skills don't stop there. I completed two years of electrical training at Northwest Oakland Vocational School, have solid plumbing experience working with PEX, CPVC, copper, and galvanized pipe, and also provide HVAC servicing to keep homes and businesses comfortable year round. I got my start in house rehabbing in Detroit back in 2010, fixing up homes from the ground up, which gave me a well-rounded understanding of how a home truly works.
I also bring a business owner's perspective to every project, having previously owned and operated my own carpet store. I understand what customers need, and I take pride in delivering quality work with a personal touch.
